Do not book!

This is a scam. The operator of this property sent no check in instructions and the number given to call the property goes straight to voicemail no matter what time of day you call. After finally getting a contact email off of who runs this scam by ringing hotels.com I sent an email asking for the check in details and recieved an email back stating the property was over booked. This was one hour before we were supposed to check in leaving us in the middle of london without anywhere to stay. Please avoid at all costs.
