Overall pretty good stay. View from the river suite really is incredible! There were a few hiccups, light in the bathroom didn't work when I first came in (though the staff fixed it same day) and the AC monitor wasn't working well so I kept having to ask reception to update it (temperatures really fluctuated while I was there). Bed was very comfortable, and room overall spacious, would probably stay again.

Really enjoyed staying in the hotel - location was great for visiting South Bank. The room was clean, a little dark but comfortable. Air con took a little while to understand but was effective when temperatures rose above 30 degrees. Staff were approachable and friendly. We didn't have breakfast but did buy food in the cafe which was well priced and tasted good. Would recommend.

Apart from someone entering our room when we were out for the evening - guessing a workman as the bathroom door was open when we went out but closed, and a screwdriver was missing from the bathroom shelf! Everything else was great
