Great location— a few issues

Loved the location of this apartment, and the neighborhood was very walkable. We felt safe in the apartment and in the neighborhood. The apartment was right between two nearby subway stops, and nearby a small Tesco and COOP food store. The apartment (unit 2) was well equipped, with a wonderful bed. Two issues came up- 1) the code to gain access to the apartment was emailed one hour before check-in, despite their email stating we would receive the code 24 hours in advance; this was a problem because we had trouble with our eSIM card, so we waited at Heathrow for the code, while solving our eSIM issues-we asked Viridian for the access information several times to no avail; 2) the apartment was relatively clean, except the area rug in the living room was stained, and there was a ring of black mold around the edge of the bathroom ceiling. We notified Viridian on day 2 of a 5 night stay, and they thanked us for this information. These two issues dampened our enthusiasm for this otherwise comfortable apartment.

Great location

Great apartment, near both Marylebone and Baker Street tube stations. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near to the apartment. Check in and out was great. Minor issue - the aircon did not work in the bedroom. No corkscrew or wine bottle opener in the kitchen. Very small freezer section to fridge. TV in bedroom on the small side.
