The location was exceptional. It was Close to most attractions and tube stations. The biggest disappointment was pulling back the bedding to see yellowish stains on the sheets. They were also on the pillowcases and mattress protector I mentioned to the front desk and they were going to have housekeeping change. When we came back, the bed was made but still stained bedding. Also, the towels were not soft and looked dingy.

Lovely staff. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants, Borough market, subway station, art gallery. Didn't have breakfast at hotel. There were lot of coffee shops and breakfast spots. Nice reception area for drinks and snacks.

The receptionist was so helpful and took time to discuss places to eat and the easiest ways to get around. The breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel, LOVED IT!

Location is perfect, walking distance to burough market. Hotel itself is very cozy, nice little botique hotel. 90% of the staff was nice and helpful. Busy holiday season when we came maybe why front desk staff was not as friendly or helpful, or maybe its a London thing. But all in all, we will probably stay again.

Great location, close to couple of train and Tube stations and Borough Market and yet it was quiet during the night and we could get a good sleep after a long flight. Stag=ff was very friendly and accommodating as we arrived a bit early and they stored our luggage and gave us a few suggestions on what to explore in the area. Room was clean and well maintained. As we stayed for 8 nights we were asked for the room to be clean every other day and every time we needed something it was provided to us immediately. Great value - wee booked a package on Expedia with a flight and received 2 nights off. Great place that would definitely recommend and stay again when in London. Thank you.
