Every staff member we interacted with was super friendly and helpful, great breakfast buffet, even for vegetarians (3 plant based milk alternatives, veggie saussages,beans,etc…) but vegan option could be more :)

Location was great, rooms were lovely. The staff was not the best, it seemed that helping you or serving you was disturbing their day. The best service was from the guys behind the bar, those guys were great.

Carpets were dirty and old, no robes, slippers etc and the towels were extremely thin. The rooms were not well maintained, rust on fixtures and hardware. Tidy but very outdated. Gym was decent in comparison to other hotels. Staff were friendly.

This hotel was fantastic top to bottom. They have a great bar and gathering area, nice restaurant, larger rooms with nice large bath towels. The staff here were extremely helpful and so very nice. Without question, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Great Hotel in Southwark borough close to London bridge bus and tube stops and walking distance to borough market. Great rooms, staff and breakfast. I will definitely continue to stay here when in London as it is centrally located and very much worth the price compared to other hotels of this caliber in London.

This hotel is in a very safe area with coffee shops and healthy quick bite options directly across the street. Staff were excellent and when we needed some emergency paper work printed, they were very helpful and printed off the necessary papers for us. I will stay here again in the future.
