If you’re able to haul your luggage up some stairs, this is a modest but great base to explore London. Close to public transport. Made to order breakfast, all the way up to a full English if you want, is included. Shows its age a bit and bathroom is a bit small but it’s a good value.

It would have been excellent, but even though I explained repeatedly that I have celiac disease and MUST eat gluten free, at the first breakfast I was given regular bread. I was extremely sick for most of the rest of the day and we lost that time in London. BEWARE if you have celiac disease! They have gluten free bread, but ask to see it in the bag so you know what you are getting!

Ideal location , clean friendly and safe

We were greeted and shown to our apartment by a friendly gentleman ( sorry forgot his name !) The apartment although a bit dated decor wise was clean comfortable very large , outside seating in a little courtyard . Everything was great , I couldn’t have asked for more . Breakfast was lovely , full english yum ! Staff were super friendly and accommodating, we could leave our luggage in storage whilst we went sightseeing , which was so much easier than lugging it around . I would highly recommend The Morgan Hotel . Location is ideal , the British museum is round the corner , tube station is 5 min walk away . I’ve stayed in London many times , and this by far , ( it is very quirky ) is perfect for 1/2 nights for the theatre etc . The only slight thing is that the hotel is located over several terrace houses , so we did have to walk out of our front door , walk along the street to the main part for breakfast ! Only about 10yards ! So no trek or anything like that !! Anyway I’ve booked again for December , let’s hope it lives up to my review again !!

The property is older and outdated, but the staff was amazing and the breakfast included was great. The location is the best part about it. Even though it was outdated, the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were musty but clean.

This hotel was in such a great location to walk around lots of neat areas of London! It is also close by conveniences like shops and food. The included breakfast was great and the staff was very attention. The room was a great size and very cute!

Great service, friendly and polite staff. Arrived early to drop bags and found room was available so very pleased. Also left our bags with them after we checked out and they were very accommodating. Everything in the room that we needed, very comfortable and plenty of space for four, everything was super clean and in excellent repair. Can’t recommend strongly enough.

Very comfortable stay

We stayed at the Morgan while on a City Break in London. We had a very comfortable stay in a double room. The hotel is very well located for the West End theatres and restaurants.
