The little cozy flat is located in between east acton and shepherds bush. It is surrounded by several tube stations and national railways, also not far from the famous westfield shopping centre.
There are several things and places to go to like cocktails bars, pubs, O2 Shepherd’s bush empire hall etc.
It not far from Heathrow airport only 20mins. drive or a straight train will bring you to the flat.Please note this is not a service apartment but my home which I let out when am on holiday.

Clean and welcoming

We enjoyed our stay. Bed wasnt our preference but comfortable. A bit further from the tube than I had hoped as partner has issues walking. Close to stores, restaurants and transit. Host had supplies readily available when one forgets to buy coffee!

Unsuitable accommodation

We had difficulty finding the property as the address on the listing is a mailing address, not a street address. The host was inside, still cleaning. We noticed a somewhat strong smell but couldn't tell what it was as all the windows were open and there were several air fresheners. We noticed many personal possessions (sports trophies, alcohol, lots of toiletries in bathroom, flip flops, mail, and hair bonnet). Later, we also discovered half-empty smoothies, bottles of pop and partially used butter in a filthy fridge. We closed the windows as we were leaving for evening activities. When we returned later, we realized that the smell was fresh paint, as the front room with the sofa bed looked recently painted. The smell was so strong, even after we re-opened the windows, that the room was unusable. Standing in it for more than a few minutes made us feel ill. Therefore, this flat was not suitable for a family of three. In addition, the carpets felt damp and weird underfoot. In a chat with the host, she admitted that the room had been recently painted and the carpets deep-cleaned that same day. As it was too late to find a hotel, we tried to all fit in the same bed (2 adults and a teenager). We learned that half of the mattress was being supported by cardboard boxes, making it tilt to one side. We left the next morning and stayed in a hotel for the rest of our visit. Horrible experience. Host should have canceled our stay ahead of time due to the renovations.

Bon séjour de 6 nuits

Parfait pour 2 adultes et 1 ado, bien placé pour le métro (Central line à 10min) mais ne pas hésiter à utiliser le réseau de bus encore plus près. Appartement dans une résidence tranquille et à proximité de beaucoup de commodités. Attention l'entrée de la résidence est sur Seventon road 😅, on a un peu cherché mais Ugo s'est montrée disponible et très gentille. Un bon rapport qualité/prix.
