I wish I could give 0 stars for this unit. The unit we booked was FILTHY. Black mold in the bathtub/shower. Bedding had been unwashed and smelled terrible. The futons that we opened were disgustingly dirty and full of sticky crumbs. When we slid the futon out to open it, under it was full of garbage and old rotten fruit. The walls were filthy and full of dirty hand prints and what we think was dry boogers, the throw pillows on the beds had stains on them. The carpets in the hallways were stained and gross. We contacted the property manager multiple times and offered photos of the dirt and we were ignored. We reached out multiple times regarding clean bedding and extra bedding to us the futons for our kids after we cleaned them ourselves, and we got no response. We were unable to find other accommodations at the last minute, so we spent our first day of vacation cleaning the unit ourselves and washing/hanging to dry all the bedding to get the body odour smells out.
We booked the more expensive suite of this property claiming to have a deck/patio space that was non-existent.
Trying to access the wifi info we had to lay on the floor and reach behind the grossly dusty and dirty router to reach the wifi password, instead of then simply providing it with check in info.
There’s was food left in the freezer, that the previous renter came banging on the door at 10pm looking for, even though the check out info claims that the door codes change, so clearly they don’t. Also very LOUD
