The room was clean and modern. The beds were comfortable. Our room was right in front of the elevators and I was afraid about the noises, but I did not hear anything. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the underground and the Tower Bridge. The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was good, but a little bit pricey. Overall, it was a very good experience and it’s worth for the price.

Heating not working - room too cold Asked for a heater which was provided but gave us a power cut and was very noisy - disturbed my sleep Toiletries provided for one person only although the booking was for 2 people. No bathrobes Sink was clogged. Shower was good, staff was friendly.
