Do not book this hotel!! Loud and staff are rude!! The music downstairs from the bar was so loud, the bathroom was vibrating until 1am. Spoke with staff and showed them videos of the conditions, to which they agreed was excessive but they said they couldn’t do anything to help. Asked to move rooms or for a refund and was turned down as there “was a sign on the front desk.” The sign didnt help my pregnant partner sleep though!

Room was clean but basic. Location was fantastic for Wembley OVO. Mattress was a little tired and shower took ages to drain away. This was reported at the time. Rated good as great value for money in great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Only stayed overnight for a show at the Arena. Very good value, and had everything I needed. Felt safe. And is within walking distance of Arena and Stadium.

A convenient place to stay for a Wembley evening football match. Over a pub so would have been noisier on Fridays and Saturdays when the pub is open late but fine when I stayed. Pretty basic and no breakfast (there’s a Wetherspoons not too far away) but clean enough and OK if you just want somewhere to stay for one night. Not cheap but maybe but it was an international football night.

Great location and suitable for 1 night after a concert. The room had enough space, bathroom too. The room was roasting hot when we arrived because the radiator was on max. Couldn’t get a window open and the fan was very rickety. We left the room for 5 hours and the temperature had dropped but was still very warm. The photo is of the sign that was on the reception desk. Thankfully either we had a weekend where it stopped early, or we were shattered and managed to fall asleep. The mattress was rock hard with no give, whereas our friends was soft that rolling out of the dip wasn’t an option. There are no in room tea/ coffee facilities. There was a “coffee/ tea bar” with a water machine that can dispense hot water next to a table with coffee granules and tea bags. We personally decided if we had to be suitably clothed for people to see us, we might as well go to the Black Sheep Coffee shop around the corner.

okay hotel, close to wembley for concerts, rooms are basic, no A/C so very warm, thick covers all year round and hard mattresses, bathrooms are lovely but the whole room lack amenities, okay for a one night stay, in a great location!

When we arrived at this property before a concert, we were told that our room had already been booked out so there was no were for us to stay. This apparently happened to 40 other rooms on that day. The staff made no effort to provide other accommodation or even give any advise and wasn’t really apologetic. Terrible would not recommend! Since leaving I’ve tried to call the hotel and the phone line has been disconnected. And the chain of the company Ovo say you can only talk to the hotel direct as they won’t deal with any complaints, but also confirm the number is not working so suggested I popped into the hotel (which I replied if I was close enough to pop in I wouldn’t have needed the hotel in the first place) terrible customer service. DO NOT BOOK!
