I was advised that we could check in at 1.we got there at 2.20 .to be told our room wasn't ready.we waited for an hour.eventually we got to our room .at 3.20.we ordered some food .as they had a menu.when looking at room .the toilet seat was filthy .with faeces on the seat when it was up .also urine stains on the seat there was lots of hair in shower trap. No toilet roll.no tea/coffee facilities.i went back to hotel to complain.about the findings .the man on reception.said sorry .he was just looking after it whilst his friend was sorting out some business in London .half an hour after we ordered food.i asked how long it would be as we had to leave at 4.30 to be at a surprise party my intention was to rest before.i was unable to do this.the man said that the food wouldn't be here by the time we needed to leave.as the food was coming from the other side of town.this wasn't explained to us .when ordering.so we had to go out tired and hungry and had to have a shower in dirty conditions.the tea/coffee facilities were delivered with toilet paper.but no one turned up to clean the toilet.this hotel wasn't worth the money I paid .
