Large modern rooms and excellent restaurants and bars! Would have given 5 stars but the work place lobby was a bit of a drag! Felt like you are walking onto a WeWork!

Disappointing. This is not a quality hotel. It is essentially the same as any other mediocre hotel but with a slicker presentation. It follows the trend of hotel chains focused entirely on profit, not customer experience or satisfaction. To the staff's credit they try to be helpful but are woefully disempowered by the kinds of systems designed to cut corporate costs (automated checkins, pointless vouchers for opting out of room cleaning, aggressive room deposit charges, and hidden service fees). The result is that you feel like you're taking a flight on EasyJet rather than staying in a hotel that cares about you or your stay. The rooms are pleasant and a good size but do not expect to feel like you are in a 4 star hotel. This is a business run for profit, not an experience designed for customers. If you can get it on a deal or discount it is worth choosing over something like a Citizen M or a Travelodge or Hilton for the larger rooms and great location. But it does not deserve either its full rate prices or its 4 star rating. A textbook example of hospitality's slide towards profit over quality. Shout-out to the housekeeping staff, however, who were extremely kind and helpful. I sincerely hope they are paid a decent wage and not made to rely only on the sneaky service charge levelled at customers on their final bill.

2nd time we’ve stayed here. Room, bed, bathroom all very comfortable. Excellent soap products, great view from the room. Really love this spot. Lobby bar is very expensive, and feels like a co-working space lol but that’s just not to my taste. Staff were top notch, looking forward to next time
