El hotel está muy bien ubicado en Londres. Es muy buen hotel para ir con la familia dejar sus maletas y salir a visitar Londres pues tiene una estación del metro a un minuto caminando. Las habitaciones son bonitas cómodas. Los baños en las habitaciones tienen muy buenos servicios además de muy buenas Productos para el aseo personal. En general en general generales son muy buen hotel. Recomendado si quieres visitar Londres unos días con tu familia y estar cerca de todo bien sea a pie o en servicio de metro. Lo único que le mejoraría es la atención a los clientes VIP de Expedia

Avoid Room 051!
We requested a two twin bed room (I snore) for our London stay. Between work and fun I've stayed in this neighborhood scores of times, and I love it. Upon check in, we were assigned a disabled-compatable room (051). I've never requested such a room, but I have had them in the past without problem. This time, though, it was a real problem. And, I suspect it would have been problematic for a disabled person, too. The bathroom stunk like a sewage treatment plant. We learned to keep the sink drain plugged, but that was not possible with the special shower drain. The shower was also without a curtain on the long side, so the entire bathroom was soaked after a shower, making the floor very slippery. We asked for a room change the next morning, but had to stay in it another night. We were reassigned to a much nicer room. That room needs some serious work.
