Staff very helpful! Good breakfast included if booked online. You can take breakkie bag with u if your on the way out. Place very walkable to train station buses even rental car place. We managed to get our luggage from St Pancras Train station to Point A hotel with no problems.

I really like this place. The staff have all been so friendly, accommodating and helpful in every way. I would especially like to mention Irene who has just started working here. She made me feel like family. My room was cosy with the most comfortable bed. No window but I felt like I was on a cruise in a cabin. Air conditioning very good and nice clean and modern bathroom. I got up 1hour too early so sat in reception. I was welcomed with coffee and a friendly chat with the gentleman on duty. I would choose to stay here again.

Member of the staff named Rafael was everything but helpful at our arrival. I don't have to know how your system works and that everything is through a computer, even this guy's attitude was like a robot ZERO EMPATHY. The hotel charges you for keeping your luggage while you are out. Other hotels I stayed during my trip charged nothing for this. Didn't take breakfast as it was expensive, but I also took a look and it was very poor in options. Paid the same amount in a nearby bistro and had a great breakfast. The only thing is that this hotel is convenient if you are taking trains, metro or going to some attractions in London. Rooms are clean, we got a room for diabled persons so on one hand the sink was almost in the floor, but on the other it was a very spacious room.

Location is perfect, 5 min walk from Kings Cross. Check in/out is really quick and easy to do. Room clean and decent size. Bed slightly uncomfortable not a lot of pillows and no coffee/tea machine in the room.
