Budget stay in a budget hotel.

Was woken up at 8am by, what we were told, was a gas alarm in our room. Headed to reception who turned it off (as it was only our room going off?) which then broke our aircon. On one of the hottest weekends this year. Then had to complain again and was moved room to the 3rd floor. Bathroom door didn’t lock, hook missing off bedroom wall and bathroom so no where to hang out towels. Shower base was stained, glasses by the sink were dirty and the pillows were as thin as paper. Safe to say it is a budget hotel! We have stayed in other Point As which were lovely but this one was run down, tired, gas alarms & if you’re paying for the breakfast in the morning don’t expect much. We were offered complimentary breakfast and only had a pastry as it was just pastry, yoghurt or fruit.

Great location for Liverpool Street Station

First time staying at a Point A hotel, easy to find, check-in was quick. Room was small but sufficient for our one night stay. Looked newly renovated, very clean, lovely shower. Bed comfy, would definitely consider this option again if going to a London gig/concert 😊

Hotel is well located and easy to find. Safe area. Room was comfortable, tidy and very clean. Staff was very friendly and polite. I only had two issues with my stay: -There’s room for improvement when it comes to breakfast, a few more dishes wouldn’t hurt. -They lack a few amenities (toiletries to be specific). My room didn’t have any other than hand soap and shampoo. A few extra things like hand cream would be nice. Overall great place to stay :)

Location: quite good but up an alleyway or street. Surrounded by restaurants and near to the Liverpool Street Station. Hotel Room: Small room. Double bed. TV screen will limited channels. Shower was ok. There is no room for luggage. There is a hairdryer and a chair. Aircon is loud and actually quite poor at maintaining temperature. Cleanliness is average. Blonde hair on bed and erm. Blood stains on white duvet. Disgusting. Customer service: very good and polite.
