Property was way below our expectation. Looked very old, carpets were dirty In many places. The restaurant was really below par. No food after 9 PM. We arrived about 1030, very hungry, the only thing they had were some cookies and some peanuts, which they actually charged us for rooms were clean, but small.

The hotel room was comfortable, but there were some shortcomings. There was no safe for storing valuables, no iron, no refrigerator. The wardrobe was very small. During our 5 days of stay, our room was never cleaned. Although we hung a tag on the door asking them to clean the room.

WiFi was terrible, they changed more for a little bit better service. The lobby was always a mess, stains on the carpet and in our room. The toilet paper was small napkins. The TV stopped working with any controls, could not turn it off or adjust the volume, no help from the front desk, said they would send someone. After almost 2 hours working on it, I finally had to get my fingers deep behind to unplug it from the outlet, an hour later the front desk help showed up. Definitely would not go back.

The management has cut out basic features for a hotel. The given reason was to "cut costs". The room has NO clock, NO telephone to call the front desk, and NO plans to ever provide any. They seem to deliberately provide a "hostel" level of service, rather than a real hotel. Fwiw, the room and bed were fine and clean. However put in a $10 alarm clock for your customers' convenience. Oddly, there are two food menus in the room, but to phone to place an order

We stayed in a room for four people, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, better then we expected coming form North America. Beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the breakfast offered. Worth the supplement. We enjoyed our stay, even if it’s not in the most iconic part of London. However, it’s close to the Tower of London and Tower bridge whiz is nice.

Una gran opción de hospedaje.

El hotel es muy sencillo pero bastante funcional. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia, las camas son cómodas y los blancos en excelentes condiciones. El desayuno no tiene mucha variedad pero funciona perfecto para dos o tres días sin problema. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Una ventaja es que nos permitieron guardar el equipaje antes del check in (debido a que llegamos a las 9:00 am) y después del check out. El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de Metro Tower Hill por lo que es muy fácil ir a cualquier lugar desde ahí. También se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie del London Bridge y de la London Tower, así como a 10 minutos a pie del Skygarden. En los alrededores hay varios minisuper (Tesco, Sainburys, Coop) para comprar bebidas, ensaladas, sándwiches, snacks, etc. En general, es una muy buena opción para hospedarse en Londres a un precio razonable. Sí regreso a esta hermosa ciudad, volvería a hospedarme aquí. Recomiendo reservarlo con anticipación para ahorrar aún más.
