In a central location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Close to Westminster and Waterloo underground. Easy walk to Big Ben and Trafalgar Square. Lovely Italian restaurant right across the road from hotel, food was great and staff were so lovely. Only ate once in hotel restaurant and wasn't a fan. Overall is was a good hotel to stay at.

The breakfast was so great! Location was awesome to walk or catch the hop on hop off buses. Great with M&S right by to get great food and guilds restaurants, including the one in the hotel. Great things on tap too in the bar. We would definitely stay there again if we arrive at Waterloo station.
