Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and toilet roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration. We also provide fresh, pressed bed linens and big fluffy towels for you. A linen change can also be arranged upon request and at an extra cost
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £25 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed). If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
There is pay and display parking on the surrounding streets, or you can call the local council who can provided parking during your stay at an additional cost.
We will provide you with wifi code when you check in.
Please also note that unless your arrival is between 9am - 5pm we will have to asked you to collect keys from our secure key safe at our Kensington office located at 13b Stratford Road. Unless otherwise agreed, we will always wait up to 45 minutes passed your planned arrival time before deferring to the key safe.
