The reception team and Manager were absolutely fabulous as we did have a couple of issues… firstly we asked if there where any upgrades available but were told no. Placed in a disabled room (everything was so low and shower was so small). Asked to move and Manager very kindly offered to upgrade us to a family room which was slightly better. The hotel rooms a very outdated and in need of redecoration. We did not sleep all night due to noise from outside the room and from cars in the street, the room itself was very uncomfortable and not quite the 4* suggested. This hotel until refurbished is more 2* and not worth paying the money being asked. Passed feedback to reception and was asked to contact Expedia. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in 😔

We stayed here as part of a theatre weekend for my friends birthday. The hotel is beautifully kept, very clean and bright. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very well placed near Tottenham Court Road and the British Museum. The bed was really comfortable and the room spacious and nice.

Would stay again but they could do better

Staff in the morning were very helpful, next morning not so much. Got upgraded to free breakfast. Room was small but nice. We were given a double when we had asked for a twin which wasn't great. Breakfast choice was nice especially since they had vegan yoghurt but no barista milk for coffee, only coffee was filter

Best deal

Very last minute booking, great price and surprise room upgrade upon arrival. Reception lady was kind,(didnt catch her name) polite and very smiley, made my first time guest at hotel excellent start. Room was good size for London and couldn't fault it. Check out was seem less easy. Already booked longer stay for jan 2026. Hotel location was central and quiet. Radisson Blu hotels well done.

Amazing hotel. We had an issue in our room (dripping and no AC in July) and they actually moved us to the property across the street which was also a raddison blu so I should review that one, but they were lovely and helped us move in the night without issues. I was also pregnant and they were very accommodating

Our stay was good but a couple of issues with bar/restaurant: - was asked to leave bar at 11.00 pm which we have never experienced whilst staying in a hotel before - bar staff not consistent when asking if we wanted to pay for drinks or add to our bill - during breakfast staff didn’t provide milk for tea and coffee, had to ask for it - menu should be displayed on dining tables with additional breakfast items eg omelettes (was only aware these were available when we heard another guest order one) - breakfast items were left empty and not replenished
