Beautiful

A great stay in a beautiful Georgian room. Nisha behind reception was wonderful and assisted us in changing from the room we had originally booked as we wanted a bigger bed!

We only stayed 1 night but keep in mind if you are coming on public transport the bus stop near the hotel does not always have a bus that will drop off or pick you up. The next closest is a 15 minute walk up a very long steep hill which is not ideal if you have luggage. The hotel itself was beautiful and the beds were the comfiest beds I had slept in during my whole 2 week trip.

High quality property in a great location on Richmond Hill. Easy walk back and forth into Richmond and access to the river walk. Room was spacious and well presented. Staff very helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for sure when we are next visiting Richmond or have a flight from Heathrow.
