The location was prefect for me. Close to the train station and access to both London and Fulham Football ground. Noise from the other units was a little annoying but didn't go too late. I also found the appartment really hot for some reason. Couldn't work out why as the heating was all turned off.

The room we stayed in was lovely. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Peaceful surroundings and a lovely little garden. Would definitely stay again.

I use to live in London so I roughly knew the area I picked to stay. I mentioned the shower leaking, inability to raise the blind etc - fixed within 24 hours. It was lovely to have clean towels daily etc. Like most of the UK - there is no air conditioning. Unfortunately it was stifling in a heat wave. Make up melted off while trying to put it on. Was great to have a kitchenette etc. There are stairs up to the front door (approx 8-10) and although lift inside there is also approx 2 stairs to the lift etc. Was a handy spot to stay as a single female. I felt safe walking to and from the Tube during the day and at night.

The property is close to the Hammersmith tube station so it's very accessible--about ten stops from Heathrow. The room was clean and well-appointed. It's on the small side, but that's normal for a room in London. We were welcomed and our presence felt appreciated. We highly recommend this small and friendly hotel.

Extremely happy with the room, the access and communication was amazing throughout the whole time. The only thing I would like to highlight for room 11 is I think that the kitchen sink could use some drain cleaner as there was a slight odor coming from the sink.

Room was clean and tidy. Comfy bed. Great location and super quiet. Backyard garden really nice for hanging out in afternoon. Detractors: Bathroom was super tight. Toilet right up against the sink - uncomfortable. Water was scalding hot. Dangerously so. Need to dial that back a bit. No light in ground floor hallway made keying in security code in room 1 challenging. Keys or key card would be preferable and more secure. Little confusing with checkin and rooms at separate addresses. Tight stairs a bit of a challenge for elderly guests.
