The room was in okay condition. Its clearly rundown with holes in the curtains and stains on the wall. The main issue was the noise, you can hear everything even in the room across from you. If you dont mind downtown noise then youre okay.

Stay was very good and the room was absolutely spotless with an excellent turn down service. The only reason i had to take a star off was due to an elevator scare. I was stuck alone on one of the elevators being taken up and down through the floor with the doors not opening and when i landed on the main level the doors would open an inch the an alarm would come on and close again. This happened for about 10 minutes which felt like forever and wasnt the greatest experience especially being newly pregnant.

I had booked my preferred room in October of 2025 from my stay in February 2026. Upon check in I was told that they "had to take a room out of service" and that my room was no longer available. I ended up staying in a different room. It was okay. The hotel is clean and pretty well maintained. My main issue was the noise, which I had hoped to reduce with my original room choice (room where the bed is separate from the main space away from the window and heater). Between the traffic, sirens, and heater coming on and off throughout the night, I had a terrible sleep. Parking was also an additional fee. I will book somewhere else next time.
