Awful hotel, we could hear all neighbours showering, talking, kids jumping, the heater did not work and it took more than 24h for them to fix it (after I threatened to leave), homeless people screaming outside in the middle of the night, sink not drain and stinking, and worst of all, they would simply to cancel our next reservation after we complained about all of this. Avoid at all cost, it is cheap for a reason,worse than a cheap hostel…

There was a warm welcome, the room was large and clean but. Too hot, could not open windows, A/C didn't work, the bathroom had issues with the drainage and the smell was bad, I left an item in the fridge, it was worth a lot of money and I have called within an hour of leaving and spoke to the cleaner and the manager, (one and the same person) and they insisted 'it wasn't there' If these negatives were addressed it would be a good stay.

We have been coming to London for many years and few hotels/apartments we would return to - this is an exception - the position close to Paddington is what we need within easy walking of everything, the staff are what stands out here, we arrived early but our bags were in our room on our return, nothing was too much trouble, they were always willing to help in any way. daily towels and water topped up which is rare in most hotels these days. We won't hesitate to return

My family of 4 had a nice stay here. The location is really convenient and we found some great food nearby (especially the Indian restaurant a couple blocks south). The host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
