Floor and carpet was not clean. The vacuum cleaner needed to replace because it was full of smelly dirt. Host managed to replace a new one 2 days later.

Great spot for exploring or working in London.

The apartment in Southwark is very large, very comfortable and clean, and a perfect spot to stay in London for sight-seeing or exploring. It's close to bus and tube stations, or is a very quick 20 minute walk to the Thames. The Still Life team are great with responding quickly to any requests. Very highly recommended!

The property is conveniently located between two tube stations. There is grocery stores nearby as well as restaurants. I really liked that it was a secure place with a person on duty for the building. It would have been helpful to have instructions for the combo washer/dryer. Also, no seasonings at all in the kitchen. Most rentals at least have salt and pepper. Overall it was a nice place.

Da beim ursprünglich gebuchten Appartement die Fassade renoviert wird, wurde uns alternativ Still life in Vauxhall angeboten. Wir hätten in Southwark den Balkon nicht nutzen können und von 8 bis 17uhr wäre die Renovierung vonstatten gegangen.Daher die Umbuchung zu stillife vauxhall. Direkt unter still life vauxhall sind ein Cafe und ein Restaurant/ Bar. Mit geschlossen Fenstern nicht zu hören. Die U bahn Haltestelle ist 2 Minuten um die Ecke,ebenso ein Pret a manger( Café mit Snacks). In der Unterkunft war alles notwendige ( Fön, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Herd, basis Küchenausstattung)vorhanden. In einem Schlafzimmer sind Verdunklungsrollos, im zweiten Schlafzimmer nicht. Beide Bäder sind ohne Fenster, dafür mit Lüftung. Es gibt Ventilatoren keine Klimaanlage. Das Gebäude an sich war ruhig. Durch den elektronischen Schlüssel kann nur der Bewohner das Gebäude betreten, das gibt einem ein sicheres Gefühl. Der Check in erfolgte persönlich durch den Vermieter, der sehr freundlich fürsorglich und höflich war. Der Check out erfolgte durch zurücklassen des Schlüssels in der Wohnung. Für einen kurztrip definitiv zu empfehlen!

Excellent location, very convenient: very close to city center by foot or better by bike ( 2 bikes stations around the place). A supermarket at the bottom of the building. And in addition: the flat is bright, wide , new and clean !!! Everything was ok !!
