• Remember to return the keys to the designated pickup location to avoid additional fees.

House Rules & Guidelines
* Guest Limit & Pet Policy:
• Maximum of 10 guests allowed.
• No pets allowed on the property.
* Party & Noise Policy:
• No Parties or Events: Our home is designed for relaxation. Parties and large gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet Hours: From 21:00 to 09:00, please keep noise to a minimum.
• Neighbor Respect: If noise levels are excessive and disturb our neighbors, we will be forced to call the police. Your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment is greatly appreciated.
* Smoking Policy:
• Smoking is permitted only in the outdoor garden area.
• Please refrain from smoking indoors or in any non-designated areas.

* Key Return Policy:
• A £50 fee applies if keys are not returned to the pickup location.
