The room was clean as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We were staying overnight to be on time the next day for a day of appointments at the Royal Brompton Hospital. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

We came back to our room during the afternoon. My husband was showering and I was getting dressed. There was a knock at our door and then that person proceeded to open our door. 2 electricians started walking in- I asked the to wait in the hallway. The staff at the hotel let them into our room without our knowledge or asking if it was ok. The electricians told us they were told the room was vacant- even though our belongings etc were every where. The hotel staff did nothing about this/to help us

A lot of things in our room didn’t work: the phone, the cord to the blinds which were stuck open, and the towel heater was on full blast with no off switch. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but even they couldn’t figure out how to turn off the towel heater. Otherwise the room was fine and the bed was comfortable. It is a very small space and difficult to move around with 2 suitcases. Overall it didn’t feel worth the price.

Beautiful, safe area! Just a few blocks to the Tube, several museums. Shopping and restaurants just steps away. This property is lovely, the bathrooms are large and modern. The bedroom area is on the small side, just beware if you're a couple or person who needs some space. My daughter and I found it cozy and comfortable. After staying at 2 other hotels in the UK without air conditioning, I was so happy the AC at this hotel was cold I finally had two good nights of rest. Very quiet and well appointed, everything you need is in the room or just a call away. The building is very secure - this is a good property for a woman who is solo traveling.
