Ideal sized room for two adult travellers. Big comfy bed ! Great location for us- right near the tub stop, and despite being so close to the tub, it was still a very quiet area. Friendly staff and beautiful old building with lots of character.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was a tad on the smaller side, but we weren’t looking for room size when we booked. We wanted to see London. Another plus to the Baileys Kensington is it is right beside the tube station which gave us easy access to most all of London. I would definitely stay here again. And I highly recommend it.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Excellent professional service, beautifully designed rooms that are large especially for London standards and an amazing location for all local services and right next to Gloucester Road tube station for quick links around London. At first, the room was very unsuitable: it faced the inner courtyard with a 24/7 source of noise: the enormous air conditioning system. Changing rooms was no problem. The new room was tasteful, sufficiently large and very clean. The staff were very courteous and helpful throughout.

The hotel is feeling a little tired. The airconditioning in the room was so incredibly loud it kept waking me up. Staff were averagely friendly but not warm and bubbly. It's a great location.
