Was expecting a bit more

Location is great, tubestation is 1 min away, and it is a nice area. The lobby is very nice but rooms are worn down, and there was a unpleasent smell in the corridors. Also when we checked in there were two other couples that were arguing with the staff regarding getting the wrong rooms and being charged for things they were not aware of, and the staff was a to be honest rude and not service minded. All in all I hade high expectations, and there is much room for improvment.

The bill is a fine representation of Service incline said it’s best. The rooms are well-maintained and more quiet. The staff was responsive to request and very professional. The bar and restaurant area was nice and relaxed, and that allowed us to have a nice end to a long day. No tell itself is near a tube line, which makes it easy to get around to most of the main attractions in the London area.
