The Clermont was so well situated for walking to many truly iconic London sights. The staff at the Clermont was outstanding! Helpful, friendly and great suggestions for dining. The bar staff and restaurant staff were so very accommodating. Terrific stay!

Comfortable Convenient Hotel.

Internet was great, very comfortable bed, we had a Kingsize. Spacious bathroom with large soft towels. Loved staying here.

This was a VERY nice...and convenient place to stay in London. Very central to everything you may want to do/see. It's a pretty luxurious hotel, very clean and very comfortable. London was unusually hot while we were there and they had good A/C. Great staff... always available. Would definitely recommend and will go back. They do need more than one elevator though.

Usual excellent stay at the Clermont Charing Cross. Location condition and presentation normal high standard. Staff continue to provide impeccable service. In particular on this stay the barmen on the Saturday night were superb and went beyond what would be expected. Recommend

Certainly not worth what we paid for it. It’s a very sad situation when the towel holder in the bathroom has obviously broken some time ago and hasn’t been replaced, so there is no practical location for a hand towel. There is quite a bit of corridor noise in the room that we stayed in, and the journey to the room is ridiculous, with a long walk to the first lift (just one with the other out of service), and long wait for the lift, and then a long walk to and from the second lift.

The front desk was great. I upgraded my room and needed to move but they let me stay in my old room until the new room was ready. It was on the same floor and it was very convenient to move down the hall. The hotel was within walking distance to sites and restaurants. It was an awesome location. They also provided a small refrigerator in the room that was stocked with water, soda, wine, candy, chips, popcorn, and coffee. It was all complimentary which is amazing and doesn’t happen in the USA ever. I can’t wait to return to London someday soon. Oh they also have a Starbucks in the hotel! It was perfect for me and my son.

Adjacent to the Charing Cross Station, the location can’t be beat. The property and rooms were very clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. No wash cloths were in the room so be sure to ask for them. I would stay again!

I recently stayed at the Clermont at Charring Cross this past week for 6 nights. The location of the hotel is absolutely excellent. You are walking distance from major attractions and Covent Gardens. And major train stations. However, it was not quiet at all. In fact, I could hear the squeaking of the bed and jumping of kids/people directly above me all night making it very difficult to sleep. The housekeeping staff would routinely forget how many people were in our room. I would need to frequently ask for more towels and water. And sometimes they would refuse to give us more towels and water.

This property was amazing. First, its location was perfect. As a first time visitor to London, it couldn’t have been any better. Second, the staff were awesome. They were very helpful and thoughtful. Despite my worry the whole location was nicely air-conditioned. The staff was friendly and courteous, and the amenities were great. The location can't be better -- a walking distance to many major tourist locations and literally co-located with an Underground station that connects to all major locations easily.

This hotel is EXCELLENT! It is in the heart of London, walkable to everything and if it rains, well there is a taxi stand right outside. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. I highly recommend Clermont Charing Cross!
