Was shocked when we saw how close the hotel is to Charing Cross Station but you would never know you are located so close to a major transport hub. Inside the hotel has a lovely, old world grandeur to it that you would never suspect from the outside. Staff members all seem to genuinely want to help you. The dining and breakfast experiences were excellent. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot wait to come back to London just to stay the Clermont Charing Cross. You absolutely cannot beat the location. Once you step out of the door, you can head north, south, east, or west, and you’re going to be within walking distance of so many incredible sights and restaurants. The property itself is lovely! Cozy, classy, and clean! The staff was also amazing throughout our stay. From the second we walked in the door, they greeted us with kindness and made us feel like we were home (Thank you, James!). I truly hope to see them all again soon!

This hotel was centrally located to everything. You can just hop on Charing Cross and be off to all the tourist attractions! The hotel room was spotless and fit the 4 of us comfortably. The only thing I would say was that the staff was not able to accommodate us with an early check-in, we know it’s not guaranteed but we did see a plethora of other individuals being checked-in early. Coming off a flight, it would have been nice to take a quick shower. There is a restroom located in the lobby to freshen up & they will store your luggage until your room is ready. They have complimentary water bottles, espresso, and snacks in the room. Which was a nice touch!
