Enter up a few steps into the hallway. To your right is a spacious sitting room with a large sofa, armchairs, TV, and two fireplaces. One side of the room is lined with bookshelves and includes a quiet desk area, perfect for reading or catching up on work. A guest WC is also located on this floor.

Downstairs on the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, centred around a large island. With double ovens, an electric hob, and plenty of counter space, it’s well set up for family cooking. A dining table for eight sits by glass doors overlooking the garden. Outside, the walled garden is a true highlight, with climbing roses and a seating area at the rear – perfect for summer evenings. The garden also boasts a secluded morning suntrap. Please note the garden studio at the end is private and locked.
There is also a laundry room on the lower ground floor with washer and dryer.

The first floor houses the master bedroom with a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, and an armchair. The en-suite bathroom includes a roll-top bath, walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A separate study on this floor will remain locked.

On the second floor are three additional double bedrooms, one with a view over the garden and two looking onto the quiet street. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo.
