Honestly the hotel room was just okay. Clean but it must be an old building- The scent plug-in was too much so we unplugged it. We asked for clean bath towels and toilet paper via texting, but it took so long for anyone to actually respond (it’s chat bot) and bring these.

Excellent setup in hotel with super comfortable beds, free coffee and such with large lounge for working and relaxing, and easily available free sundries. Only comment, and it did not affect my stay, is a couple of items related to a drywall patch and cracked shower floor tile that will require some TLC in the future. Recommend this hotel for anyone.

The place was beautiful and in a fantastic location! You can walk to a lot of the typical spots in town and also close to 2 different tube stations. Great staff, very attentive to your needs, very helpful with storing bags before and after your stay. Room was nice, bed was a little small but comfortable. The bar/restaurant area was also very nice, food was good and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful, noticed we were an "older" couple and changed our assigned room from one where we would need to navigate a few stairs to one that didn't. Secured our bags as we arrived early. Also, great location! Near two tube stations (Charring Cross and Embankment) as well as all the bus stops at Trafalgar Square.

Our stay was WONDERFUL! You can’t beat the location. We were four seniors that traveled from the States so long exhausting flight. The hotel had rooms available for early check-in so we were very grateful. Did I mention, we weren’t charged for early check-in? Fantastic hotel and staff—can’t brag about it enough!!

On arrival staff were helpful although check in was slow. Due to an event taking place at the hotel there was nowhere to get a drink, no room service available either. We had to go out of the hotel to get drinks. The bed and pillow were comfortable And room ok but a little tired and dated. Location was great and reasonably priced for London.

The first room we were put in was terrible. No safe, no room to move, nowhere to put our clothes. Not at all suitable for the price. I asked for a better room and originally was told they had no room. When the manager, Roshan stepped in, he moved us to a much better room and we were much happier.
