From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Grand ensured we had a marvelous experience in EVERY way! The room was adequate, although it would have been nice to have a few more functions in the kitchenette, but we made sufficient due. Particularly, at the front desk, Cameron greeted us as we arrived hours before check-in. She sprung into action and offered us to take our bags, gave us a key card to use the bathrooms and enter the Club so we could get coffee and something to eat and was there to help us check in later. She was there, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And, as we also interacted with other staff, there was no one who didn't exemplify the same type of service. Marvelous!! Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Great team - tired decor in rooms

Staff were fantastic - so helpful and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. The condition of my room was pretty bad though - the phone didn't work, the streaming option on the TV didn't work and the whole place really needs renovation. But it was just one night and the staff were so lovely that I didn't really mind!

Great Hotel and Location

It's a beautiful hotel, well maintained, and in an excellent location. Trafalgar Square is close to theaters, shopping, and sites. The staff is very helpful and warm. My only warning is to avoid the breakfast. It's about $40 per person for the full English breakfast.

Check in was good although I was told online that I would receive a keycard to my Apple wallet and would not need to check in again. So when I got there they couldn’t find my booking and I had no keycard. Rectified quickly but a faff. Room ok but nothing special. Didn’t have the best nights sleep as quite noisy and uncomfortable.

The hotel had a lounge that offered coffee, tea and cocoa in a quiet and work friendly environment. If I was traveling for business, I would definitely stay here. A half a block walk to Trafalgar Square and numerous tourist sites and restaurants within 8 blocks. This is now my go to London hotel. Loved it.
