Location was perfect for sightseeing. Walkable to a lot of major tourist attractions. Loved Concerto Cafe next door. Club lounge on first floor was a nice touch to regroup with family before heading off to bed or meeting in the morning. The foyer was lovely and impressive. However the rooms and hallways need to be updated. Staff was helpful, professional and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Hotel was in ideal location for visiting London and seeing all the attractions. Bus and underground were nearby. Theater was a few blocks away and plenty of restaurants and pubs. Room was on smaller size but very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for someone coming to London on vacation and wants to sightsee.

Yes, some rooms are in the basement…

When you book the standard room…don’t be surprised if your put in the basement. The room was similar to the above ground rooms….but after staying there for 5+ times, I was surprised that they had rooms in the basement

Amazing location - easy to walk to everything. Yet still quiet hotel. Staff were attentive and took care of all of our small issues - needing a fridge, extension cord, etc. I would definitely stay there again
