Our stay was part of a special birthday gift for my wife! On arrival, the hotel had upgraded us to a premier room and a complimentary drink. The staff were excellent! The location was where we wanted to belts of dining choice and near the various theatres.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of Covent Garden
This is the second time I have stayed here and I must say it's a fabulous little hotel. All the staff are very friendly and there are lots of little touches which make a big difference, I don't think I have any recommendations for improvements.
