The staff are magnificent, especially Sam & Victoria. So cheerful & accommodating. Hotel is situated 2 minute walk from the underground Central & Piccadilly lines. Lots of eating & drinking establishments nearby within easy walking distance. Hotel itself is quaint with a good dining area. Rooms are small if you’re used to North American size rooms but, so is most of Europe. Clean, modern rooms with comfy king size bed & modern bathroom. Expensive but highly recommended!!!

The room was very practical and comfortable. Your lobby is overridden with non-hotel nomads looking for a computer workspace. Very odd.
