Nice new hotel near Victoria

I really enjoyed this stay. Hotel is clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet, and very close to Victoria Station for transportation to and from Gatwick and around the city. They offer nice touches like heavy blackout curtains that actually work and premium soaps and a well-equipped kitchen for a relatively small space. The beds are comfortable. The gym could be a bit better equipped but I was just happy to have one wirh weights. The area directly around the hotel is not that exciting but blocks away there are many restaurants and it's easy to get to some of the tourist highlights from this location. I do wish the windows opened more than a sliver. But small complaint for an overall good value.

A sumptuous stay

The team at the desk were super friendly and knowledgeable which made a great impression. Relaxed but professional. The hotel is beautifully decorated and feels sumptuous and inviting. The room was gorgeous too with every little detail considered and a VERY comfortable bed. The handwritten card is a nice touch too. My only suggestion would be to have signs stating where the elevators are - lots of fire exit doors and signs but was unsure if opening one would trigger an alarm at 6am!

Retro-Stylish aparthotel in the heart of the city

Beautiful place! I was in the city for 1 night to meet friends for dinner one evening and then catch up with family the following day. The hotel is well located to explore central London and beautifully appointed. I would definitely return for a longer stay as I didn’t really take full advantage of the well equipped kitchenette or the gym and sauna. Also didn’t try the breakfast as I had other plans. The honesty bar was a nice touch, you can help yourself to a good choice of drinks, snacks and pantry goods and pay via a QR code. As a gold member I was treated to a bottle of fizz in the fridge but I had to leave it as I didn’t have the opportunity to drink it or take it with me. Thank you for a lovely stay

A brand new property that was amazing value for money. Rooms are so spacious for such a convenient location, and the little kitchen, which we didn’t use, looked to have everything you’d need for cooking. Breakfast the next morning was high quality and tasty. Only improvement would be the gym which was a bit empty and soulless.

I was thinking of staying in a hotel in Mayfair but chose this because the rate was reasonable and I am glad I did because it seems like a brand new hotel with latest amenities and sort of retro fittings. The service was great too and the two bars in the hotel are convenient and cool too if you don't feel like venturing around the area near Victoria Station after business hours.

Amazing new hotel, everything you could need or wish for in the room and a good location. Pillows were out of this world comfortable, I had to look and see the brand to try and buy them. Despite living fairly close to London and not usually needing to stay over we would 100% return - we’ll be going to Amsterdam next year and have already decided to book the sister hotel there.

New property, located a short walking distance from Victoria station, almost opposite Wicked. Loads of great food and breakfast options within a really short walk from the hotel. Room was new, super clean. Small kitchen was a great addition. We had a room on the 1st floor overlooking the street but it was super quiet. Great stay, would definitely stay again

Great location - close to Victoria underground and train station, walkable to many dining options and shops. Rooms were well equiped for cooking own meals but it’d be great to offer guests a small sponge and dish detergent to hand wash dishes rather than only the dish washer. The July only had opened 2 weeks prior to us checking in, so it was a fresh new clean accomodation. The gym was simple but also had a sign it was in the process of adding more equipment. Sauna/wellness area was really clean and calm. The reception was kind and let us use this area to change before checking in after our 36 hour journey to London. Being a gold expedia status, we didn’t receive the free room upgrade but did have an hour extra for late check out. It was quiet and at times felt like we were the only ones in the hotel. Overall, really nice stay, room was clean and nicely decorated. Fantastic location and we’d stay again!
