This place is fabulous! Lovely decor, rooms, and the best is their team. Lots speak about hospitality, but the team here delivers it with quality and care. As an American from a Southern Hostess City, where hospitality is an art form, The July must be on your list for consideration. We were a group of family and friends of 7 people with 4 rooms booked and all have raved of being where we will always stay in London.

A lovely stylish hotel with really helpful, friendly staff. The restaurant menu was limited and unappealing so we ate elsewhere. Loved the room with all the facilities, vibrant decor and a really comfy bed. The location is good being close to Victoria station, but the immediate vicinity is run-down and felt unsafe, plus taxis can't stop outside the front, so it wasn't easy getting there. But once inside, it's a haven and overall, a lovely hotel.

The staff was really friendly and helpful however in the restaurant part they were really under staffed. There was long wait for drinks and food. Staff was very sorry for the wait times.

Our booked family room consisted of two rooms opposite each other. One of them was barrier-free. Both rooms were well equipped with a kitchenette, Nespresso maschine, kettle and toaster. Bed was good. Lighting could be better. Bedside tables very small. Wardrobe in one room huge, but unfortunately without shelves,making it difficult to sotre jumpers etc. Very small Safe at the bottomof the wardrobe; you need a torch to enter the code. Another safe was located in the kichen cupboard under the pans. The bathroom was large, but had practically no storage space. Considering the room price, one would expect more.

Convenient for tourists!! Near to Victoria station and bus stop to every where. 10 min walk to Buckingham Palace… central area to more tourist attractions, and restaurants +. Comfortable hotel, bed and pillows, heater and hot showers. No noise around, clean and excellent customers service. Thanks!!!
