A good variation of restaurants close by, plus an i ternational food market on Tuesdays & Thusdays in amongst the university buildings plus a tidy little park to sit out and eat if the weather is good. The room was advertised as a double room and indeed there was a double bed in it. The issue was that the double was a small double and pushed up against the window wall so access from both sides was impossible. The room as clean, the bathroom more than adequate and the staff were excellent. Friendly, helpful and always present.

My room was beautiful and comfortable, but more importantly the staff was so friendly, helpful, and communicative.
