What an amazing location in Covent Gardens. Safe, helpful staff and clean room and bathroom. Walkable to the tube stops and Charring Cross train station, walkable to Covent gardenC Trafalgar Square, embankment, national Gallery etc.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had wine at 5:30 or so every night which was a nice touch. The hotel was very quiet and close to the metro. Lots of restaurants and cafes just outside the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a modern minimalist way. Hotel staff were over the top helpful and professional. The daily happy hour brought many of the guests together for great ideas and stories that helped make the most out of our trip to London.
