Overall, the room was great, and we had no issues there. However, my husbands initial experience with customer service upon arrival was less than pleasant. The staff came across as somewhat entitled and not particularly warm or welcoming. Thankfully, at checkout front desk was much friendlier. Additionally, the breakfast service was great, with a kind and attentive team.

Stayed in a room with 2 queens with my wife and 2 sons on a university tour. Worked adequately for the purpose. It was nice having the separate living area space with 4 people. Bathroom and floors could have been cleaner.

Great hotel, just one word of caution...

Nice stay! Everyone was friendly, the room was very clean, restaurants nearby. All good. Except-- the bed frames are absolutely the worst. They are so much bigger than the mattress, guess what happens? You bang your leg into the corner. Huge bruises! Very painful!! Absolutely awful bed frames, why in the world would they choose those! So, if you are going to stay, this is what I suggest: 1. move the mattress so that it goes right to the edge on the one side that you will walk by most often. This will help cover up the bed frame, but note that the other side will be exposed significantly! 2. place the decorative pillow that is on the bed on to the floor, leaning up against the corner of the bed that you are most likely going to run into. This will help soften the blow and will be a good guide to you to be careful when approaching.
