The hotel rooms were very clean and modern. I would have liked to have A/C but a fan was provided and the rooms cooled off fairly well at night. The Atrium restaurant was very nice and reasonable.

The wifi was an issue, didnt work next day. And no mobile network coverage inside the room, which made accessing internet without wifi an issue. Otherwise all fine. Great range of breakfast and dinner.

We stayed as family 2 adults with 8 year old child. Breakfast was very good also the room is spacious and clean. The location is very nice, easy to walk to center. Underground station is 3 mins away.

The hotel is beautiful but we were disappointed that the rooms did not have air conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully there was a fan and windows can be slightly opened as it was hotter than usual for the time of year. I did not notice that there was no a/c on the details of the room description. The bedding was hot for having no A/C. The lighting in the room is very stark and bright which made it feel less cozy. We were satisfied with everything else and the location was great!!

The location was handy to tube stops. Pret a Manger around the corner. The beds were ok. Dinner at the Atrium was nice. Very attentive staff. A big bonus a filtered water station in the lobby!

Good location for central London. Quick check in. Most of the staff are great. Rooms a good size. Fresh water to fill water bottles available in the lobby. Breakfast excellent. Lovely seating area . Some rooms a little noisy , cleaning staff and road noise.

Location was good for public transport, easy walk to two lines. A second chair in the room would have been nice. Breakfast was OK, if over priced. Dinner in the restaurant was horrible. Easily the worst of our three week trip

Lobby and other floors looked updated and everyone was very friendly. We were put on the 7th floor while staying with a toddler, which had a tiny, old elevator to get to and the room was a bit cramped with no AC so was very warm. Overall though the stay was satisfactory

I liked the location. Very close to bus routes, the Tube, restaurants, and parks. Did not like that there was no air conditioning. The room was very stuffy. Also the noise at all hours of the door was overwhelming. Price on the high end for what was available. We changed hotels for our last day in London
