Easy check in and cool staff. Comfortable rooms but they are quite small. Very much one or two night commuter hotel rather than a super comfortable holiday stay. Excellent location obviously.

Overall, everything was great. The rooms, the hotel itself, the food, the location. My only complaint is the size of the latte. It’s insulting to charge five pounds for what must be around 150 milliliters. It’s mainly milk! You can do much better than that.

There was a sewage like dead rodent smell throughout the hotel. The bar was swarming with blue bottles which indicated an issue even further than just a hunch

The Front Desk staff was great. Accommodated early check-in. Good location for train links, especially to Paris. Lower price option to the Pancras hotel across the street.

Only 1 key card worked from 2 even though we changed 3 times. The bath did drain well; shower handle fell off, the maid came to make the room up at 4.05, all hotel bars were closed at 11.07 pm on Sunday night and only room service was available. Tips on bills that included service appeared at check out.

Comfortable and well designed room with an incredible view. However, the bathroom had no door or hooks/rail to hang and dry towels. The bed only had sockets on one side... needs some adjustments to make it 5 stars.

You should stay here and this is why

Had a wonderful stay, i really love this hotel in London. The service location and overall experience was great, espically if you are looking for a modern vibe. Downsides where: i would love for the water pressure in the shower to be stronger, an evening turndown service would be great and the fact that decimo and the roof top are closed on sunday monday where a real disappointment.
