Comfort, the room felt homely, coffee (pod) and tea making facilities with chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch. Attention to the environment i.e option to keep linen without changing daily. Clean room and appropriate temperature in the room. Privacy and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the umbrella at 0620 in the morning when I couldn't open the umbrella stand. Thanks to the receptionist who greeted me on arrival, wet and cold, and the women who answered my querry about using the vouchers for breakfast 'T

The room was very comfortable. I chose a larger room and it was just the right size. I was able to check in early which was very convenient. The location is excellent, near museums, theatres and restaurants. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend The Strand Palace.

The location was fabulous and central to everything in London. The property itself was clean and the rooms large and comfortable. Lovely toiletries from Rituals. The staff were very kind and helpful. I ate at their restaurant Haxlles the first evening arriving. I was a bit dissapointed with my particular dish, but the servers attentive amd nice.

The Staff was very helpful and worked with me on my additional needs. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet one of the 3 nights that I stayed at the Strand Palace - great variety. The Location was by far the best part of the hotel.
