Comfort, the room felt homely, coffee (pod) and tea making facilities with chocolate on arrival was a lovely touch. Attention to the environment i.e option to keep linen without changing daily. Clean room and appropriate temperature in the room. Privacy and it was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Thanks for the umbrella at 0620 in the morning when I couldn't open the umbrella stand. Thanks to the receptionist who greeted me on arrival, wet and cold, and the women who answered my querry about using the vouchers for breakfast 'T

Reasonable, very clean base for west end stay

Spotless single room but didn't like that the bathroom had no door. Really comfortable bed. In room drinks a bit sparse with only 2 English tea bags and 2 milk cartons. Had to keep asking for more. Staff very helpful

The room was very comfortable. I chose a larger room and it was just the right size. I was able to check in early which was very convenient. The location is excellent, near museums, theatres and restaurants. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend The Strand Palace.
