Classic British styling with modern amenities- eg with an internal lift and air con, decent shower and a very comfortable bed with quality linens. Lovely staff and great location next to Kingston town centre for shoppers and Hampton Court palace for history lovers. Lots of parking if you need it. Will stay there again.

Excellent location for visiting Hampton Court Palace and free car parking. Fantastic value, food was really tasty, great vegetarian breakfast. Friendly staff, lots of little extras in the rooms like fresh milk, bottled water, sleep mask and ear plugs. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean throughout the hotel. Good service at the bar and restaurant, excellent food. Breakfast was delicious. The Car park was barrier controlled and needed a code to exit, it was very secure with CCTV.
