Wonderful breakfast. Excellent dinner menu. The staff was very helpful with advice about buses. Easy access to buses for Hampton Court. Walking distance from Hampton Wick Rail Station. Parking available too.

Great hotel, friendly staff, super convenient for Kingston and Central London, 5 mins from Hampton Wick station. The rooms are comfortable, immaculately clean and the facilities are first class. I will definitely return.

Decent accommodation.

Hotel wifi worked well. Room was comfortable with powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good to have parking provided. Breakfast was good although the coffee served was poor. The choice of evening food offered did not inspire us to try it despite 15% discount offered so we had dinner elsewhere.

The shower was stained with mildew/ mold in places. The air conditioning unit was coming apart and did heat when need and the carpets need a good clean. However the staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was also of a a very good standard
