We had a wonderful stay at The Windermere Hotel. The rooms are much larger than most. I’d suggest asking if the bathroom has a regular shower or one with a bathtub. I’d also ask if the bed is a double, queen or king.the breakfast is wonderful!

My partner and I stayed at the Windermere hotel for 2 nights. Great location and very convenient for getting around, whilst being quiet enough that you were not disturbed. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind, giving advice on reaching tourist spots and also keen and willing to accommodate requests. Room was clean, tidy and air conditioned which was a big plus in the recent heatwave. Breakfast was included and was delicious. I have no complaints and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were very helpful when we asked directions to pubs nearby and answering questions regarding the best way to get to Heathrow for our departure. This was especially helpful as there was an Underground strike. Breakfast was very good with lots of choices. Very nice to have the option of a limited menu for our early departure served by a very pleasant staff member. Would definitely stay here again if I return to London.

We had a lovely greeting on arrival. We were upgraded room wise so we could go straight to the room. Everywhere was clean and tidy and the complimentary breakfast was superb, setting us up for the day. Would definitely recommend and go back there.

Loved this place! Wonderful breakfast every morning, clean, quiet rooms, and the staff are absolutely impeccable. Location wise- Close to Victoria Station, lots of restaurants, pubs, cafes nearby. Very quaint area on the Pimlico Grid. I will most certainly be back.

Our room was ready early. The Welcome we got was excellent. There were three of us in one room and it was plenty big enough. It was spotlessly clean and the towels were thick and fluffy. The staff were very helpful and always smiling. The breakfast, which was included, absolutely delicious with many choices available. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you so much
