The staff was so kind and friendly, the room and bathroom (Wren) were spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet and looked recently renovated. Plenty of power sockets, very comfortable bed, a coffee machine, safe, comfortable seating and very tastefully decorated, as was all the hotel. Also excellent breakfast, generous and freshly prepared to order. The staff kindly allowed me to drop off my suitcase before check in and it was taken up to my room ready for when I arrived. I had such a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay again.

Lovely welcome at the hotel by the owner. We were able to drop our luggage at reception in the morning and go exploring. Room 11 was double aspect at the front of the hotel but still quiet.
