Outstanding experience!!

This hotel is delightful and is in a terrific location, only a half mile from Victoria Station with wonderful dining options nearby. The “king” bed is really a queen, and the bathroom was very narrow. I was fine, but my larger traveling companions found it challenging. Breakfast is absolutely amazing and the staff is exceptional. Be sure to stay here if you can!

Perfect

Perfect location. Short walking distance to restaurants, pubs and Victoria Station. The owners are hands on and very friendly. Highly recommend you stay there!!

Excellent customer service from the staff. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Location is perfect for transport, dining etc The only let down was the shower in my room was not clean and housekeeping did not give me a clean cup or replenish the tea tray. Overall I would stay there again.

The property was absolutely amazing! just a few highlights: - customer service was impeccable - hotel building itself has true British character - hotel is very quiet - the complimentary breakfast choices are amazing - the owners and the overall hotel staff are very helpful - it is very easy to walk to multiple transportation options as well as historic landmarks (like Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc)

A gem - will stay again!

I rarely write a review but this hotel deserves one! A family run gem with attention to detail. All staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast is of an excellent quality. We could not fault it and will be returning.

What a great place to stay! So glad I found it. Smaller place with lovely rooms and helpful staff. Enjoyed the breakfast too. I walked all over London from here. And some lovely places to catch a bite nearby as well. I'd be happy to stay there again.

It has every amenity and a top-notch breakfast (get the full grid!), and it’s family owned and operated, so there’s very much a personal touch. Conveniently located near Victoria, but also in a quiet little part of Pimlico. Highly recommended!

Reception staff just about average, more interested in getting Cc details even though i had paid my bill in full upfront, for extras i knew i wasn't going to have as no room service and just rock expensive drinks menu, room was unbearably hot , turned radiators off, opened window, but noisy road right outside and enormous street light right outside window both kept me awake all night along with the excessive heat of room.There was an aircon unit but no remote available to use it. Checked out early due to uncomfortable stay, Reception guy was uninterested, no pleasantries or even ask how my stay was, surely this is standard stuff. Room and bathroom were clean only positive. Will book elsewhere next time. Easy money for them with little thought to how their customers stay actually was.
