There was no key at the agreed lock box and the 24/7 customer support was not able to solve the issue. We could not check in as booked. Customer support not able to help. Needed to find immediate accommodation nearby. Alternative key location was in a store far away not walking distance from apartment and not available when needed. No one site support whatsoever. Team not willing to accommodate for extra costs incurred by their failure to provide keys.
