Overall ok stay at this hotel. My husband and I stayed one night. The hotel is conveniently located close to public transportation lines so that is a plus. The rooms are small! - Our shower steam set off the smoke alarms. No windows. No TV. We arrived around 10 am from our international flight. Immediately as we walked in we were greeted by staff but not a friendly attitude they mostly just want to get you "processed" and out of the way. The hotel charges to keep your luggage stored (this was the only hotel that did so throughout our travels within Europe). For that, I didn't care too much to come back. I would say its a good place to lay your head. The room we stayed in had a smell almost like wet surface or mild moldy smell. 7/10 would be my rating. I did appreciate there was a security guard keeping watch of the entrance throughout the night and early morning.

Convenient efficiency room for short stay

The is was a beautiful hotel! Very clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the air not working so they immediately moved us to another room which was good since there are no windows for air flow. The only complaint we had about the room is the that the bathroom walls and door are transparent. I was traveling with my teenage son so we would have appreciated some privacy.

The modern vibe is cool, but create a bathroom with actual privacy and a locking door, please. Not frosted glass with a 1” gap. Also, there isn’t a single piece of furniture besides your mattress. So I hope you don’t plan on setting your phone anywhere other than the floor along with everything else. No table. No chair. No bench. No cabinet or drawers. Just cold tile everywhere and a mattress. We were also kept up our first night by horrendous bass music pounding through the structure (which reverberated through the mattresses right on the ground). They moved us to another room at my request, so props for that, but it was ridiculous that that was an issue. I won’t be going back.

La propiedad esta en muy buenas condiciones. Lo mejjor es la locacion que tiene, Justi en Picadilly Circus con acceso al Metro y muchos shopping y restaurantes alrededor. Es muy silencioso y la estan ia estuvo bien, mejoraria el staff en cuanto a la limpieza de la habiatacion. Mi consejo es que si vas de turista y vas a disfrutar mas londres que el hotel lo escojas. Pero si prefieres un hotel mas de lujo, con habitaciones mas grandes, Pues mi consejo es que no lo cojas. Te permiten Early Check in por 60 £ y te guardan tus maletas por 15 £ cada una.

Bare bones hotel, with minimum interaction with staff. Rooms have no windows, chairs, TV, hairdryers, not even a cup for water. Bed sheets were dirty, and the bathroom has only a glass partition and glass door separating it from the room. Our room was quiet but others complained of noise from other rooms, and mentioned that management didn’t help.

Piccadilly don’t

Would you like to pee in front of your friends? If so you are in luck! The hotel was designed my an exhibitionist. The twin room was huge yet the toilet was a tiny glass cupboard tucked into a corner, made of such lightly smoked glass you could see everything and as for the door? Have seen more robust fly screens. Did not meet at the edges. Had a huge hole as a door handle. the phrase chocolate teapot comes to mind. And then the noise. Zedwell says their rooms are cocoons of calm. No tvs to preserve the zen. Shame they didn’t mention to that to the banging house music seeping through the walls all night. How about the bed? Mattresses thrown on a wooden pallet. Surrounded by dust and dressed with sheets that come untucked from the mattress as soon as you lay down. Those “comfy” beds left me waking up this morning with spasms up my spine. I’m still in agony.

I had being charged 40 pounds for check in at 2pm, just an hour before my time, traveling with kids, this is totally unacceptable, also storage for luggage is 15 Pounds per luggage. and the hotel even thought is new us very dirty and poorly maintained, I told the manager on duty (Terrible service) twice about the situation and the corridor to my room was totally a junk site. NEVER BACK ON THIS HOTEL OR CHAIN. MANAGER UNPOLITE AND UNPOROFESSIONAL
