A great concept of accommodation and excellent location. Rooms could do with a better cleaning (floors and walls are full of dust, showers don’t look clean) and beds sheets needs attention (one mattress didn’t have cover and some of the sheets were not in a clean condition for a hotel - stained).

I don’t leave reviews ever but figured I should on this one to help any travelers. I booked this with hotel on Expedia and the one I booked showed a much bigger room. We didn’t get into that one… lol. But whatever. We quickly realized there is no closet but they had these places to hang stuff. They just don’t have hangers so make sure you bring your own. The bathrooms are nice, just no true separation between the shower and toilet and water easily will get out into the bathroom floor. Sleep was decent with there being no windows but did make it harder for me to wake up for sure haha. And if you want to use the gym, expect to pay for a day pass! Not included at all. Now I’m trying to fully knock anything at this place, just not fully the experience I’ve had with other hotels for the price. Place is a nice vibe, smells nice, and is an easy check in and check out, just come prepared that it really is just beds and a shower for ya!

Quiet, clean, accessible to all venues of London!! Love it!! Been coming here every year. Can’t wait to come again soon! Staff very nice, friendly and helpful with directions. One even wrote so I won’t get lost. How cool is that? Londoners are the most helpful and polite people in all my travels. Been to 34 countries and London tops!!

Definitely wouldn’t suggest staying at this hotel . It felt like we stayed in a prison cell with only a bed in a room with no windows . No tv , no desk …. Just a bed . You’re not saving any money staying here either . Just not worth the price to stay here .

Need more housekeeper. The hallways was dirty. Just needed a vacuum and was not done for a week while I was there. Room cleaning is done every 4 days but they don’t vacuum. Location was good - easy commute, convenient and safe. Room had more space than I thought but a chair would be a nice addition. Hoped they clean the room every other day. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay.

Great location, horrible service, extortionate £££

Zedwell is in a great location, and the rooms while extremely basic are comfortable. That’s about all they have going for them. First of all, they cancelled my reservation without notice because of non-payment apparently. But my payment option was pay on site - not sure how I can be accused of non-payment in this case when I haven’t even arrived yet. This was despite me reaching out the day prior when I was made aware of the failed charge by my old credit card holder, and having them tell me everything was confirmed and in order. Next, the checkout time is 10AM. Why so early when the standard is 11AM or 12PM? I’ll tell you why - so they can nail you with their extortionate £25 per hour late check-out fee. Absolutely outrageous. And lastly, the rooms are extremely expensive for what you’re getting. Zero customer care, zero extra effort, zero passion( and massively overpriced rooms. This hotel, while in a great location, will soak you for evert cent they can at every turn of the corner.
