Stylish reception lobby with plenty of screens for booking in/out and helpful staff who answered any quires we had. Stayed in a twin room with clean comfortable beds and en-suite bathroom with towels and toiletries. Only thing I’d recommend is for a small shelf near to the bed for somewhere to place your phone while charging.

Love this place. So close to all of the West End theaters and many other notable places to visit in London. It's definitely on the no-frills side, so if in-room tv, telephone and high levels of customer service are your thing - this isn't the place for you. But if location is what your travel is all about, this is definitely the place for you.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice (the little staff you were able to track down) The room is a bit odd as there is no place to put your belongings (no drawers, no table, nothing) which makes things a bit difficult. When the lights go out, it is pitch dark, making it hard to see if you need to get up for any reason. There was hardly any soap or shampoo and the staff would always take our towels and not leave clean ones (odd) so we would have to request new ones every day. Same goes for toilet paper. It is a nice hotel but know you will need to work a bit for things that you never thought you’d have to before. Location wise, it’s fantastic.

Clean , efficient , small but functional rooms. Set the fire alarm off in my room with too much steam from the shower. Very embarrassing it must be quite sensitive or I take too long a shower. But for an inner city hotel and the price it was a bargain find.
