Absolutely outstanding service from reception staff thru car valet bar staff waitress room service. Super clean place, dining 5 star. Cannot fault this place at all. Location is superb for city seeing. Only one down side was a bit noisy neighbours up above our apartment - but that’s not a hotel fault just lack of manners from some.

Impeccable little hotel. We were there on a heat wave the first day, and our room lacked central a/c, but there was a portable unit and a fan. The restaurant was outstanding, unusual for a hotel restaurant.

What a unique hotel with the separate studio rooms nearby. The location inside the walls is excellent for walking. The staff were great, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommend the hotel.

Desk check in/out so friendly and welcoming. Patrick even carried my 45# luggage around the corner & up 3 flights of stairs! At check out they allowed us to store our luggage for 4 hours. Very good breakfast. The Bishops Gate #3 that we stayed in has a very comfortable bed. Kitchen had bottled water in the fridge, coffee tea & snacks on the counter.

Lovely boutique hotel right in the centre of Derry. Charming delightful staff, all very helpful. Robyn at reception has an award for best receptionist and certainly more than lives up to this! I left my phone and iPad chargers in the hotel - she kindly posted them to our next hotel. A million thanks!

Met at the door by a friendly concierge who took my car to the valet parking facility. Staff at reception also very friendly and welcoming. We stayed one night and had a reservation for dinner in the Wig and Gown. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. I went for the Tomahawk steak(highly recommend this!). They stock craft beer at the bar including Barking Bishop which was nice too. The whole hotel is spotless, rooms well decorated and comfortable beds. This was my first time staying here and I will be back in the near future. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel in the center of the city. The gentleman at the front desk was absolutely wonderful and caring. We reached the hotel late and tired, but he opened the bar just for us and served us drinks. The rooms were nice and clean and well equipped. Overall one of the best hotels in that region.
