When we got there they were friendly and so accommodating. That went on thru the whole stay. They are a great hard working group of people. Very comply beds very clean rooms. Wonderful atmosphere. Everything was great. Would stay there again.

Staffs were nice and it’s a 5 min walk from the beach—- that’s all the goods this property has. Room was dirty, old and falling apart. Front door was kind of broken; was hard to close. It was hot — no AC. A fan was provided but it was full of dirt and lints. Couldn’t leave the back sliding door open for ventilation— so a sleepless night! Floor was full of sands. If you can ignore everything for being close to beach, this is your hotel!

No place to hang wet bath towels; not enough electrical outlets; coffee maker had to be used on the bathroom vanity because there were no outlets by the desk or two tables. Everything was very nice except no air conditioning and our room was very warm as there was no window and no screen on sliding glass door.

I like that the hotel was close to the beach. The property wasn’t kept up there was spiders and webs hanging off of lights on the outside

This place is a dump, we couldn’t get in our room until 7:00 PM we started asking at 3:30 and each time we’re told just another 30 minutes, we were tired having had driven several hours. We finally got a run down room on the first floor, carpet frayed and stained, walls had peeling paint, missing molding, hair dryer didn’t work, nor did telephone that we were supposed to use to notify the front desk that we were checking out, no A/C so we had to leave the sliding door cracked for fresh air they should have comped us something for the late check in as we were over charged from the start for what you get. The location and proximity to the beach is great but in this shape it’s not worth it. My husband was told something about because we used Travelocity we got one of the worst rooms?

The breakfast was good for 4 of the 5 days of are vist. On the 5th day there where no biscuits.

Dog hair everywhere and we did not bring our pet. Definitely beach town old and needs a little love. Restraunt is not open as of 8/10/25. The place met our needs and was a goodish deal. Next time we will opt for a premium room or condo. Beach access from 2 trails outside the "resort". On separate occasions our 2 year old made it to the beach and back without being carried. Pool/hot tub/sauna and ground level rooms have a faucet/foot wash outside the sliding door. Plenty to do and see in and around longbeach.
