Bed sheets had blood stains. Kids walked around the hotel room barefoot and after 1 hours the bottoms of their feet were black so I don’t think it gets mopped very often. Would not stay again and not worth the cost.

Life’s a beach

This is a nice place to stay if you decide you want to visit Long Beach. There are many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The room is very spacious and has kitchenware, utensils, and dinnerware, so there is no need to bring any. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come back through.

Great inexpensive option for a beach vacay!

This was a great little motel for a quick overnight at Long Beach. The room was clean, the decor was modern, and would have been a great location for a longer beach vacay. The location was fantastic - a long walk to the beach on a nice day, or a quick drive if you have lots of stuff/people to haul. Walls are on the thin side like most motels, so you can hear a lot of neighbor sounds and animals. The fire pit and bbq area were a nice option, but due to another family occupying the whole pit area we did not get to share in the fire. Definitely not a fancy hotel, but a clean and safe inexpensive option if you are planning to be on the beach most of your stay. One front office staff member was neither helpful nor friendly when we got in a little early and asked where the closest bathroom would be (she didn't know, and there is one at the visitor's center literally across the street), but the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. Would consider staying here again for future visits. :)

Dog motel

Location was great, staff was very nice, room was packed with dog hair everywhere, we heard everything throughout the hotel. We heard dogs barking in every room around us and then their owners yelling at them. If you have dogs this hotel is perfect for you, if you are allergic like me and prefer sleeping in then you better look elsewhere. There was also human hair in the bed after pulling back the comforter.

The location is great it’s right in town and very walkable. The room had a bit of a stale odor and the table inside was extremely wobbly making it a bit difficult to eat on. Otherwise it was a decent place to stay. The staff were friendly and there wasn’t too much noise.
