What a dump. Horrible plumbing. Not as advertised. Karaoke bar right underneath us. Amateur Construction projects. Cheap particle board bed that sounded broken. Flat pillows. Inadequate air conditioning. Bad housekeeping. Doors don't even close or open correctly. Key constantly deprogrammed. Air conditioning plugged into power strip. Paint splattered all over the wood floors. Cheapest of everything in construction and repairs. Nothing in the entire building is square including the front desk. Constant pot smell in a non-smoking building. Spotty housekeeping at best. One of two beds sometimes made. Sometimes we were left with fewer towels than we started the day with. Unable to turn off shower water fully.

A short walk to the beach. Employees are super nice. This rating is based on the fact in our suite the main shower didn’t work. We had to use the bathtub in the living room.

It was a boutique type hotel. Served our purpose location wise since we had family nearby. Staff was friendly, cleaners came each day, bed was comfortable, had enough to keep us comfortable. Some cons: door did not shut well so we had to slam it each time we left or came in, the bathroom door did not open fully and would get stuck on the floor, heard noise above us, not fully darkened room at night. Light came in from the door and windows. Parking is a bit challenging so you’re fortunate if you find something close. Lots of restaurants to choose from nearby. Overall not a bad stay.

Worst hotel experience ever

Before we got into the hotel we had to drive around for 30 mins to find a spot remotely close, surprisingly no hotel parking lot. Once we got in to the lobby, for check in, I was required to give them my license and a credit card and had to ask for them back because the employee had forgot about them. When we got to the room a towel in the bathroom was wet, someone used the toilet and did not flush, there was a hair on the toilet, we did not have a garbage pale, the bedside tables were dirty and the floor was concaving, unleveled and made me dizzy. Also our room was supposed to be scenic but the view was horrible. In the first photo, if you look at the dresser and the radiator they are bending the opposite way because of the floor. The second photo is the scenic view.

The room was not sound proof at all. Could not sleep well for two days of my stay. Can hear door shutting loudly. People talking and knocking in the hall way. I heard music or TV upstairs whole night on Friday and ended up putting on sound cancelling plugs. Room facilities were very inconvenient. Night light was more close to the ceiling than on the side and needed to stand up fully to switch off and on. No hangers. Bathroom door close only half way. Hall way carpet was untidy and didn't vacuum until two days later. I thought it served breakfast but It didn't. The bad experience of my stay impacted my trip to Long beach. I may seek way for refund for the stays.

Parking is very difficult at times and they do own a parking lot. But you have to pay twenty seven dollars to park in it each day. Also, the television, I'm not very Netflix. Savvy. There are no regular TV channels which is a bit annoying. Other than that, it was okay.
