We always stay here when we visit Long Beach. It is a great location! Close to the beach and the boardwalk. Close to town, restaurants and shopping. The rooms are clean and well maintained with plenty towels, soap, shampoo and lotions. The only complaints are that the in-room coffee is awful and the ice machine was broken. Good coffee was available in the lobby, but not until 8:00 AM. Hopefully, the ice machine will get fixed soon. The staff did their best to accommodate us and got us ice from their storage area.

It looks like they did a quick update on the property, except bad beds. There is a micro and coffee but no dishes, cups. Silverware. Not set up for eating.

This is our second time here. The view from our bedroom was gorgeous. The staff are great workers and helpful. Everything is within walking distance. The only two drawbacks are no breakfast (like they use to), and no swimpool. The breakfast is no big deal. My grandkids wound want a pool or at least a hot tub. But WE loved it!

We stayed just one night but the area seems very nice, right on the beach. The single thing I would change is I would like to have breakfast, everything else was very nice.

Had to move rooms the first night due to a overflowing toilet. Got put in a room with 2 queen beds even though we reserved a king size room. We liked the 1st room due to set up so when we had to move it wasn’t as comfortable. Bathroom fan didn’t work, we did put the sign on the door for maid service but they never came to the room
