Two full bathrooms, Fully stocked kitchen, Laundry room, and a nice big backyard for the kids or dogs to run in! Only minutes to the beach. Great restaurants downtown Long beach only minutes away. There are fishing charters near, dolphin watching, or just relax on the beach.

House needs a lot of work. Looks like it has been wet. Floors have new tile, nice. Carpet in master dirty .Back bathroom unusable. Shower in wall bad, vanity drawers dirty, old small toilet. Screen porch dirty and screens rotted. Ice maker does not work, stove only one large burner works other one only half comes on. Next door they have some kind of machine that runs and sound like a base drum (like they have in cars) the main bathroom is some what updated. Nothing in front room but a kitchen table with a tv. So we did not use it. No instructions for leaving, we did what we thought would be ok

Great location!

Home is in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is literally down the street. Very close to excellent dining choices, too. Backyard was wonderfulvand our dog loved it.

Quick get away

Was a last minute booking for a quick trip to the coast. The house was in perfect location away from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to all the amenities that Long Beach offers. Would definitely recommend.
