The room was clean and spacious. Dated. Service was pleasant save for one request which took 4 days to resolve. Overall a good 3* but be forewarned, key largo and Marathon are about 20 minutes north or south. Not too much near the hotel.

The townhouse needs some improvements like the outlets in the master bathroom, the coffee pot did not drip without holding the pot up to the dripper and the sliding glass doors upstairs and downstairs do not lock. The on premise bar/restaurant had a nice selection of bar food. The location is great!

The room was spotless and the staff was courteous and pleasant. We stayed at the hotel during a week when it was gray, damp, and windy, so unfortunately the kayaks were not available for use at any point during the five days that we stayed there and the pool was too cold to stay in for more than a few minutes. We were excited for stargazing but it was cloudy each night so we were not able to catch more than a glimpse of a few stars between the clouds. Our trip overall was great and having our own kitchenette was really helpful. The only way to dehumidify the place was to run the air conditioner, which then made things very cold. When I got home, my clothes all smelled just a touch damp and musty - which was quickly dissipated after they went through the wash. If we had been there in sunny and warm weather, I think it would have been great! I would definitely go back at a different time and try again.

It’s an absolutely amazing place. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. You are literally right on the beach and they have a lot of free amenities. We would definitely stay again.

The grounds were very clean and offered nice amenities like hammocks, SUP and kayaks. A nice place to stay for one or two nights. The room was cute, clean, and really quiet like I’ve never experienced in places to stay. It exceeded my expectations especially being right off the highway. Great sunset view.
