*Guests must submit a rental agreement and ID at least 4 days prior to check in to avoid $100 late registration fee.
*Trash/recycling must be brought to the trash/recycling cans located outside.
Trash pick up is on Thursday. We come to the house on Wednesday to take the cans to the curb. We do not enter the home at any point.
*Guests use amenities at their own risk.
*Check in/Check out: Please note check in is at 4 PM. Early check ins must be arranged 1-3 days prior to check in. We can only accommodate early check in if the home is vacant and ready, the day of your check in.
Check out is at 10 AM. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to check the availability for late check out.
"Unscheduled" late check outs not only affects us but also the next guest. In the event guests stay past check out without prior permission, there will be a $75 late fee for the first hour and anything after the first hour, guests will be charged the rate of 1 night stay based on the current nightly rate.
